The highly efficient intercooler tube provides maximum heat dissipation between stage. How they work

• Intake: As the piston moves away from the intake valve, it creates a vacuum within the cylinder, drawing in atmospheric air.
• Compression: The piston then moves upwards, compressing the trapped air inside the cylinder.
• Discharge: Once a specified pressure is reached, the discharge valve opens, releasing the compressed air for use or storage. 

Multi-stage high-pressure compressors utilize a series of compression stages with intercoolers between them to cool the air and increase efficiency. This allows them to achieve significantly higher pressures than single-stage compressors.
